A few months ago I came across this TED talk by Michael Pawlyn on ‘Biomimicry’. In this inspirational talk Michael explains if we could make things and do things the way nature does, it’s possible to achieve up to factor 10, factor 100, even factor 1,000 savings in resource and energy use.
